When you make a purchase through the Clear Office marketplace we do not release payment to the seller until you’ve confirmed that you have received your order as described. You have three days after the date of delivery to contact us and tell us that the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem to Clear Office through e mail at hello@clear-office.com 

If no claim is made within 3 days of receiving your order payment will be automatically released to the seller.
